As a Front-end Developer you will report directly to our Lead Front-End Developer and will build new features as well as maintain the existing ones in our web application.

You will also have the opportunity to improve your front-end development knowledge and pick-up backend development if you are interested.

🤝 About You

At least 3 years of front-end development required.
Experience in React, modern Javascript, CSS and HTML.
Passionate about front-end development and continuously looking for improvements in your practices as well as ours.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment in a small focused team.

Bonus Skills & Experience:

Good understanding of social media and social media dashboards.
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
Experience with Jira and Github
Experience with C# and Ruby
Experience with Docker

✅ What your future at Sendible looks like

In your 1st month, you'll:

Have completed Sendible's product training and onboarding program.
Get to know the Sendible team and learn the nuts and bolts of the business, our history and where we're going.
Dive into Sendible's technology by learning how our platform works, how our development team works and how it interacts with customer facing teams and other teams within the business.
Fix small issues in our front-end.

Within 3 months, you'll:

Be involved in feature projects.
Have a complete understanding of how we work and our development processes.
Have a good working knowledge of the platform.

Within 6 months, you'll:

Continue improving your knowledge.
Have the opportunity to bring your ideas.

🌐 How we work

Sendible is a UK corporation and our head office is based in London but we are distributed with teammates in South Africa, Italy, Latvia, Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Philippines, and the US .

This is a remote role, but if you're based in London, you’re welcome to work from our HQ which is fully equipped with free fruit and snacks, excellent coffee, standing desks and a pool table. We allow team members to work from wherever they are most productive.

We are part of a larger collective of marketing technology tools called Traject that is backed by Alpine Investors, a People-First private equity company. Traject is made up of 8 brands (Sendible, PLANOLY, Loomly, Grade.us, GatherUp, Cyfe, Traject Data, and Authority Labs) and over 170 employees. Being part of Traject enables us to think strategically, drive cross-sells, and have access to more learning and development opportunities.

Sendible operates largely independently while still participating in some cross-over initiatives. You would be working on the Sendible team with opportunities to collaborate with marketing team members from other brands as well.
