A New York based Mental health company is searching for an Engineering Manager. They have recently received over $130million in Series C funding to assist their rapid growth across the States, and then potentially to Europe as well! As an influential member of the team, you will have the chance to define and work on the foundational elements of the company, work closely with the senior team, and assist in the technical direction of the product, whilst having a genuine influence over company culture and, more importantly, a direct influence over millions of lives.

This is a senior level role in which you will work directly with C-Suite and VP of Engineering and lead the engineering efforts (front end, back end and full stack) across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the technical direction of the company - working closely with C-Suite and VP level staff
• Develop and scale the internal and externally facing product
• Work cross-functionally with the Product team to design and develop consumer facing platforms
• Willing to be hands on with Python/JavaScript/Reactjs and PostgreSQL

Requirements:

• 7+ years Software Engineering experience with two of these being in management positions
• Strong experience across the front and backend using Python/JavaScript - React
• Experienced in PostgreSQL rational database
• Strong CompSci / Engineering fundamentals - ie undergrad/masters/Phd
• Driven to translate complexed engineering problems to generate greatness in the Mental Health space
• Great communication and collaboration
