Storm3 are working with a market leading, Series D HealthTech company helping patients easily find and book the care they need. They are looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead a talented and passionate group of engineering managers and engineers. As a Director, your leadership will play an influential role in developing an area of their engineering organisation. You will work with strong cross-functional teams between engineering, product and design to help improve, maintain and deliver their ever improving product.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the technical direction of the company - working closely with C-Suite and VP level staff
• Develop and scale the internal and externally facing product
• Work cross-functionally with the Product and design teams to develop consumer facing platforms
• Willing to be hands on with Python/JavaScript/Reactjs/PostgresSQL

Requirements Include:

• Experience in leading, managing, coaching engineering teams to deliver high quality software
• 8 + years of professional software development management, on production-quality products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building and maintaining a complex set of systems
