Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product and technical teams to make sure that customers get the optimal experience from company solutions.

- Support system stability and scalability, develop new products and features, and troubleshoot applications to optimize performance.

- Write clean and exceptional code to develop functional web applications.

Skills & Requirements:

- 5+ years of software engineering experience with recent focus on cloud development, leveraging Node.js (v10 or higher).

- Relational database experience (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL), preferably with experience in query and index optimization.

- Software version control leveraging Git.

- Experience with multiple programming languages such as C++ and Python.

- Track record of working with GIS (geographic information systems) is preferred.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerized services.

- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS or others).

- Knowledge or experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and/or physics (motion analysis).

- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Ability to bring experience and fresh ideas from a variety of fields, in particular large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, and artificial intelligence.
