Job Description:
As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features for web applications. You will work closely with design and back-end teams to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. This position offers an exciting, new challenge, where you will be working directly with one of our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, Javascript and other front-end frameworks (jQuery, React, Angular or Vue.js).
- Design and develop highly responsive web-based applications.
- Advocate for UI/UX design principles.
- Write scalable and maintainable code.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and desktop.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of our web-based projects.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and cycles
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Provide portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
