Bridgette is a trustless bridge aggregator that makes bridging a seamless experience for all users. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Web3 Developer to join our team and help us build composability on the blockchain!

As a Full Stack Web3 Developer, you will be working directly with our CTO and will have complete ownership of your projects. You should be able to handle each project end-to-end independently, except for prototyping and deployment, to which you’re welcome to contribute. We value shared planning/rubber duckying, and individual implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Research scalability (ZK, OP Stack, Bedrock) and multi party signature innovations
2. Prototype and try new solutions for Bridgette
3. Maintain Bridgette’s stack 
4. Iterate over the current architecture and implement new capabilities
5. Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in at least 5 of the following technologies:

1. Javascript ES7
2. React/Next/Node
3. Mongo/PostgreSQL
4. Styled systems (styled components/stitches)
5. Distributed systems architecture
6. Web3
7. Solidity

• Experience in building decentralized applications on EVM/non-EVM chains 
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized architectures
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Bonus:

• Knowledge of Docker, Rust, IPFS, or other relevant technologies

Details:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• No specific timezone, have your own schedule
• One weekly call during European hours
• Compensation: up to $6,000/month (starting at $4,000)
• Fully remote position, no office, retreats, or flights
